Stratford-Upon-Avon

Welcome to Stratford-Upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare, born in 1564, you can visit his home which is part of the birthplace trust. During our visits to Stratford, I show the group’s, Mary Arden’s House, his mothers childhood home, Halls Croft, inhabited by his daughter, Susanna, The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Harvard House, a 17th Century Townhouse, linked with the founder of Harvard University. At Shottery is Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, which once again is well worth the visit.
In the centre of Stratford you can shop in one of the many shops or take a boat ride along the River Avon past the famous theatre.
