The Pacific Rim refers to the countries and cities located around the edge of the Pacific Ocean. Before I sat down and thought about it, I like many others jumped to the conclusion, that it was just East, the fact is, although countries such as, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Fiji are on the rim, so are, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and America with their cities of Sydney, Auckland, Vancouver and Los Angeles.

In total there are 41 countries that are generally considered part of the Pacific Rim. I’ve visited some of them, a number of times, and look forward to visiting many more in the coming years.
