New Year in New York

So once again the end of the year is upon us. This year i am once again staying at the Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan, New York City.
I travelled out with the group from Manchester Airport with British Airways, the flight was comfortable, with the group relaxed as most had already met me in the departure lounge. As most of the group were seated together i met the remainder during the flight, it really makes a difference to get to know the passengers and for them to meet me.
Once we had cleared passport control and collected our cases i called the coach company to come to the pick up point, then it was off to the hotel. As i have a good relationship with the hotel i arranged for the bell staff to meet us on arrival and the room keys to be ready for me to hand out.
Once everybody was checked in, i arranged for them to meet me to collect maps, info etc for the next 2 hours at my help desk.

The New Year Celebrations were as fantastic as ever, with many of the group chosing to see in the New Year on board the World Yacht cruise, for those that wanted, i arranged Super Stretch Limousines to take them to the boat.

During the stay, we managed to take in the sights and sounds of New York City, many of the group took helicopter flights over the city, some enjoyed a horse-drawn carraige ride through Central Park, whilst others shopped til they dropped.

So good-bye 2003 and Welcome to 2004!

It really is “A PEOPLE THING”
